Is it possible to build a seige weapon while stealthed?
If yes, can one controll a ram while stealthed?

When someone annoys you, it takes 42 muscles to frown, but it only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and whack them in the head.

Dunno aobut building, but you will un-stealth upon taking controll of a siege weapon.
