Do you have to run all the way to Bledmeer for pieces or is there a closer place to get parts for rams and other siege items?

The only plce I have found to buy seige engine parts is Bledmere. Don't know if there is a hidden merchant in Shourded Isles or not.

For the BG's there is a seige merchant. It spawns an NPC seigemaster for the type of seige weapon you want. He follows you around until you tell him to build a seige weapon. The NPC con's yellow to the highest character level of the BG. (Yellow to a 24 for Thid, Yellow to a 35 for Caledonia, etc)

This was up on the Herald awhile back, but I have not been able to which patch this was put in.
