I fire off True Sight in an area where I know there was an enemy assassin, and it comes up empty. After I get the "Your True Sight ability is no longer active" message, I see the stealther pop into view, but am unable to take any action versus the target, as it says "You can't see your target anymore!"

Other scouts in my guild have had this same experience.
