Find Rory in Valley of Bri Leith in the Keeper Rasa's encampment at 50,14 From Innnis Carthaig take a horse to East Lough Derg; then to Druim Cain and jump off near Keeper Rasa's Huts.

Talk to Rory and he will give you a "radiant moonstone" and then he will die. Take the radiant moonstone back to Fagan in Mag Mell to complete the quest.

I have not done this quest yet, but I would think you need to have Fagans Ring on.

Rory can be found at the approximate coordinates 3k/3k in Bog of Cullen. The directions offered above are extremely useful, though. You don't really need the coordinate to find Rory, he is not hard to find.
