DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different Characters that were created after Patch Version 1.79 do not receive this Epic quest. You must complete Criostoin's Promise quest before doing this part of Seek the Moonstone. - Find Duana or Edan near the Tower of Tir na mBeo, at loc 59k 14k, they can be found wandering around the tower with the Dergans (Note:Easiest way to find Duana is to head to Parth Farm and and do your /faceloc 59000 14000 He is Basically in the same area you found macnol. ). Once you've found one of them, give them the collar so you can talk to them. - They will give you directions to find the Tracker. He can be found in Silvermine Mnts, loc=54000 9000. Kill the Tracker and you receive a nice item depending on your class and an enchanted note, which can only be read by enchanters. - Take note to Kern in Innis Carthaig (local enchanter), he will decipher it and give you 2,300.000 xp Next step is finding Rory in Bog of Cullen, but he won't talk to you until level 30. Finished this got the note.. had it translated.. finished the next portion of finding Rory at 30th lvl but I still have the enchanted note.. what am I supposed to do with it?

I finally get the note and bring it to Kern to decipher and he won't! He says I need to get stronger and he'll study it! I'm like 39 for crying out loud. What's wrong?

Post 1.63 the chanter necklace (brought up to SI quality) is now:
+2 Light/Mana/Enchantments, +5 power
(still not better than the stuff found on the isle - but better than nothing I guess)

Did quest at lv 30 and got 7Mil. 200k exp not 2 plus Mil. for turning in note to enchanter.

I have been trying to give collar to hounds. they wont take it. I have done all quests and associated quests to this level they wont take collar. I decided to see if i could go straight to tracker been here 30 minutes no tracker plenty of gurites though

Ok, I founf the Tracker (I hope), named Tremaine and killed him several times, with getting anything. Journal doesnt change. What am I doing wrong? Wrong guy? Any help would be appreciated/

Found him initially at 43582,10420. Stuck to him and followed him to 44653,10026. Next followed him to 45339,9614 then to 45106,11625 then to 45307,10668, and then to 45130,12177.
