DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different Characters that were created after Patch Version 1.79 do not receive this Epic quest. Kill the Guardian in the hills SE of Howth. He is by the Deamhan Creigs (loc=48000,60000 in Silvermine Mountains). S above the camp near the valley where you found Miner Cucugar. You get the Silver Bracelet from him. Return to Chief Proinnsias... he will then send you to Dera in MM. (Some have been successful by going straight to Dera without returning to the Chief) Dera will tell you to take the Silver Braclet to the local Elven smith in MM... she will in turn give you a reward. After killing the Guardian, my journal said to take it to Dera. That worked (without going to Proinnsias).

Go to 48k,60k in Silvermine Mountains and look around this rock (just scan from rock).
He respawned in about 2-3 minutes after killing him and I saw him both day and night.

Level 30 void eldritch, Percival. He conned yellow to me. Got lucky and took him down in 3 spells, with a pair of crits. However, don't go there using /faceloc, you'll run into a bunch of deamhan aire (purple at level 30), which almost ended my journey before I got there.

k i'm lev 28 thort i would finaly finish this damn quest killed that Guardian no problem and....i got no damn bracer do i seriously have to wait another 2 levels, when i can kill him now?

So it would seem. At 29 seasons I have soloed him three times. And grouped with a lvl 30 on the same quest. He got the reward I didn't. So will return in another season and try it a 5th time.

The Guardian Is located in Silermine Mountains, /loc 48.5k, 57.5k
H elooks kinda like a Ghostly Siabra with long hair.
He cons Orange+ to me at 29, so kill him at 30 (surprise). He is neutral to me. The deamhan creigs (correct spelling) in the vicinity are all conning grey to me.
