Secret of Nuada's Silver A (level 25)

DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different Characters that were created after Patch Version 1.79 do not receive this Epic quest. After you obtain lvl 25, go talk to Bran the Giant (Cliffs of Moher loc=62518, 51276) and say "geas". He will tell you to collect 4 samples of Irewood sap from Young Irewoods (NW or Ardee by N farm house). After you kill 4 Young Irewoods, (note: it has been mentioned you only have to kill one now for 4 saps.)loc is 3882, 36326 Connacht (This is almost directly west of the Cluncaun Camp where the Enchantress is located at 9599, 35951.), talk to the Enchantress in the Clurican camp right near the Young Irewoods (on top of the hill). After you give her the 4 sap samples, she makes an ale for you. Go back to Bran and drop the ale on him. He will then cry and give you an enchanted map. Take this map to Dera in MM. Dera says she can't read it, but the enchanter, Eli, in Connla can so go there and give the map to her/him. She will tell you that you have been tricked and need the second half of the map. And that the person you go tthe 1st half from most likely has the second half. 3) return the enchanted map to Dera in Mag Mell she cannot decipher it and instructs you to take it to an enchanter who can decipher it. that enchanter is Eli in Connla, whom Dera mentions, but whose name does not appear in the Journal log. 4) hand the enchanted map to Eli in Connla she tells you that it is only 1/2 the map and that this first half of the map has a known entrance to Silvermine that is guarded and sealed by Siabras and she mentions that the second half of the map will likely have the other entrance to Silvermine on it. she keeps this half of the map, a sore point with me... pretty cheeky of her to do that, but then i got distracted by something and forgot all about it. she tells you that you have been tricked and that you need to get the other half of the map and then to give that part to Mikka for advanced decoding. 5) kill Bran the Giant se of Innis Carthaig back to Bran. when you click on him he attacks you. apparently his life has been pretty miserable since you broke his geas and he blames you. put him out of his misery by killing him and he drops the other map piece into your inventory. 6) give the map piece to Mikka near Caille Mikka is alone in a tent encampment in Bri Leith near Caille. (the /loc is 30707 58185 ) --reported that she is not alone anymore. The camp has now around 2 dozen Vesten in it patrolling the area. At level 26 they con orange/yellow with the occasional red between them. This mob is aggressive, has a medium agro range and uses 2h blunt weapons. Go to Howth and talk to Chief Proinnsias and say "I know where Nuada's Silver Wrist is". Rewards: Runic Woven Cap -- Eldritch Forest Walker's Vest -- Warden Charred Scale Hauberk -- Hero Archer's Sleeves -- Ranger Rewards: |

Mikka's new location is 30707 58185. The Old Hermit is where Mikka used to be. If you head SE from the huts you'll run into her.

Not sure how much the rest of this quest has changed. I'm still looking for Bran as he's not in his old location. I really should have read the Quest Journal closer. Would have saved me a horse ride. Hopefully I'll be able to find him tonight.
OK. Found him. He's now located at 62518, 51276 in Cliffs of Moher. As you enter the zone, take the right fork. He can be seen from road. The guard tower that's referenced in the clue is actually in Connacht.
Young Irewoods can be found in Connacht at 3882, 36326. This is almost directly west of the Cluncaun Camp where the Enchantress is located at 9599, 35951.

Mikka is DIRECTLY south of Brynac. I arrived there at night, and there were no mobs surrounding the camp. Gave 5mill xp at level 27.

The Young Ireling is over by the Cluricaun camp. Along the ridge of the hill it's on. 17k,25k. I only found one, not another at 28k. Also, you only have to kill ONE Ireling, and it gives you 4 saps. They might have changed this. I hung around after I killed him. He's on a 30min+ spawn timer. The enchantress is INSIDE the Cluricaun camp (look at your map).

I didn't find Mikka in the camp. Rather, I found her near the horse in Brynach.

Hello All,
I went to complete step 17 and all Proinnsias will react to is Mikka and he asks me what she said. I have tried saying I know where Nauda's Silver Wrist is and many many many other combinations..nothing happens. I sent in a bug report.

I did this quest one day earlier on Percival
and this step works very well. But it seems
you have to write it EXACTLY as it is written
in your journal...I typed it three times and
versions like 'Nuadas Silver Wrist' didn't work,
only Nuada's Silver Wrist worked in the end.

Gone all the way to step 17 thinking it would be over but now it asks me to find the caverns and beat tue guardian. Even though the NPC in Connla told me that I shouldn't bother. Will I get credit for it?

I found Bran and ran thru the entire chat with him twice. My journal still says I have to talk to him. I have killed two young irewoods in Connaught but have not seen any sap. I am only lvl 22, is this a problem?

I try to give sap to Enchantress, but i get an error:
"you are too far away to give item to enchantress'

i have said "i knwo where nuada�s silver wrist is", "i know where nuda�s silver braclet is" and alot of other stuff. The only thing he reacts on i mikka.. he then says "you ahev spoken to mikka? what did she have to say"

Just when I gave the map to mikka i was killed by a wolf. now i dont know what i have to say to Mikka...she does not repeat what she told me, and i dont remember the 2 white words i should have said to her. i tried to get another map to give her, but Bran doesnt drop another one. plz help - cant complete the quest .... :-(

Again, a stupid explanation; Mikka is not East from the mushroom but South.
When you are between the 2 mushrooms, look to the South. You see trees on the top of the hill, and another tree on a hill behind the first. Go the the left of that tree. On the hill you see a encampment. Mikka is in the bigest hut.

I killed the Irewoods and I am getting frustrated looking for the Enchanter with the crown of red. Any help would be appreciated.

The enchanter is in the hut north of the clurican house on top of the hill where the irewoods live in Connaught.
