DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different Characters that were created after Patch Version 1.79 do not receive this Epic quest. Return to Morlin Caan (smith in Jord). He tells you to speak to Masrim (Ft. Atla). She tells you of Pellinistra, a Werewolf in Skona that you must kill. Pellinistra is located in the southeast section of skona. Location=52800, 51200 in a werewolf camp. From the Standing Stones travel South until you pass the second deep ravine. Pellinistra is located atop a small hill with a tent on it on the south side of the ravine. There are several other WW there that con gray and green to me at level 30. I pulled Pellinistra from the Southwest side of the hill. Pellinistra is blue, a green WW added when I pulled Pellinistra. I had a level 20 tingler with me to occupy the green Werewolf while I killed Pellinistra. I then finished off the green. Pellinistra drops a wand. After you kill Pellinistra, return to Masrim in Ft. Atla and give her Pellinistra's wand. She sends you back to Morlin Caan who gives you the Heart-piercer Bow (Hunter) or a Moonshadow Cloak (Shadowblade) Rewards: |

Yes, it takes her quite awhile to pop. And at the end, Morlin cheats by not giving the cloak!

If Pellindra isn't up just kill the ww nobles until she pop, it took me 10 mins to get her to pop this way.

Anyone know the stats on the heart piercer bow? Just curious as its not posted on there or in the ranged section of Midgaurd items....

I killed Pellinistra as part of my epic Shadowblade quest and she was only blue to me at lvl 30 and her companions were grey so it was really easy. For shadowblades, Morlin Caan gives you the lvl 31 Moonshadow Cloak, as well as about 4 million exp. The stats on the cloak are:
100% Con, 100% Dur, 100% Qua, 15% Bonus.
+1 Critical Strike
+1 Stealth
+7 Quickness
+6 Dexterity
This is a shadowblade only item.
Apparently Pellinestra spawns at various levels since she was very very easy for me. Very sweet shadowblade cloak though :) colors are kinda neat when emblemized. Very bright yellow border that almost shines.

I killed her this morning, Pellinistra is, er was yellow to me at 31, and she is surounded by minor werewolf nobles. The nobles will add if you attack her, but they only hit from 6-15 dam, and die quickly. The above directions are good. Go to where Tremand (named tree spirit) is go south west a bit. You will see two huts sitting on a hill, go to that hill and look for a guard tower, she will be in the hut thingy next to the guard tower. Enjoy!
