DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different 04.06.05 Per Patch 1.75: - A War of Old - Lieutenant Salurn has relocated to Gotar, not far from the Cursed Tomb. - A War of Old - The Witch now haunts Myrkwood just below Gotar. Characters that were created after Patch Version 1.79 do not receive this Epic quest. At 20th, go back to Morlin. He will tell you that Masrim has heard of more Albion undead, and to go talk to her. She will mention Lieutenant Salurn, and send you to talk to Keapi,poison merchant, in Nalliten. She will tell you that Salurn and his band of armsmen have been raiding southern Myrkwood, and ask you to go kill him. If you follow the southeast road from Galplen, then keep going southeast when the road turns, you'll hit the zone wall fairly shortly. Follow the zone wall south, dodge the big svartalf camp, and Salurn will be on a hill just past the svartalfs (loc 60.7, 63.2). He is blue at 20th, and his companions are grey. Kill him, and return to Barkeep Yseniver, who will send you back to Masrim. The reward for this step is Forest Hunter's Boots (Hunter) or Shadowed Leggings (Shadowblade). Rewards: |

I found Lieutenant Salurn at 60.7, 63.2 and he was surrounded by greys and one green. He was blue (to a level 20) and a rather easy kill.

When you talk to the barkeep you gotta say "Albion undead" or she coughs up no info.

they need to fix this quest...
I killed Lieutenant Salurn 2, before reading about talking to the barkeeper, kill him again.. but the journal didn�t chance.. i was still at step 3 (go kill salurn)
Toke a hores to F. atla and .. wooh got xp and gp from Masrim.
Then talk to Morlin in Jord, and here i got the leggings NICE ! but wait ! iam at step 5 now in the quest. IT tells me to talk with the barkeeper LOL

I went to talk to the barkeep in galplen but she never said anything to me about any of it. Even after i killed the lieutenant i went to the barkeep and tried to talk to her again and got nothing pertianing to the quest.Did i miss something?

You have to go back to the smith in Jordheim for the boots.

Bummer..I did not get the boots! killed Lt Salurn and some of his crew....went back and got XP and 30 silver from Masrim, BUT no boots.

i got also nothing from Masrim, only the massage kill undeads

I did this quest at 22 and didn't get any type of leggings, I got Forest Hunter Boots. ac 40, abs 19, +2 dex, +2 evade, +2 stealth. Killed him with a Arachite priest with no problems at all.

Found him at 60,63. He was blue to me, had 6 friends, all grey. Killed him from behind so his freinds didn't even notice me.
