The next one(lvl 30) you talk to Rhodri and he sends you to Camelot to deliver a note to Scribe Veral, Veral informs you of a assassin on the way to kill Bors and you must kill him. He will pop when you go up one of the landing in Snowdonia Fortress, he was yellow at 30. _______________________________________________________ Regal Nobility Quest Info: [Step #8 - continuation of level 25 quest] Return to Captain Rhodri when you have achieved level 30. Captain Rhodri says, "Ah (your name)! You have returned and just in time as well. We have prepared our case and are prepared to leavel for Camelot. We wish your journey to Camelot and inform our Scribe Veral of our wish to lend support to Barfog. Take this as proof of our intentions. We will be along shortly." You recieve Document for Scribe Veral [Step #9] Travel to Camelot and speak with Scribe Veral. Hand to him the documents from Captain Rhodri. (You can find Scribe Veral behind Castle Camelot, in a house in the right hand room.) Scribe Veral says, "Hail traveler! How may I be of service to you?" Hand the Document for Scribe Veral to Scribe Veral. Scribe Veral says, "You are from Sir Bors? How can it be you have not see* the [local report] yet?" Scribe Veral says, "Yes! There is news that Bors is a target for assassination. The report does not specify who will attempt the deed, only that it will be attempted soon. I will take your case before King Constantine, but you must return with haste, and assist in thwarting this treachery!" *(see - was misspelled in npc text.) [Step #10] Return to the Snowdonia border keep. Search the keep for the assassin and slay him! You can find the Arawnite Assassin on the SW landing. Kill him. The Arawnite Assassin says, "Fool! Did you think it was Bors I was after? He is much too hard a target for us at this time. You will prove to be a much easier catch and might I add, a most humorous trophy!" (insert death cry here ;>) The Arawnite Assassin says, "I thank thee for the help into the darkness of death. My endurance of life has been paid in full! Peace beckons!" [Step #11] Speak to Captain Rhodri at the Snowdonia border keep. Captain Rhodri says, "(Your name)! You have done us the greatest of services! These Arawnites have caused us nothing but trouble since you dispatched Sir Dillus. Sir Bors can offer nothing that would fully repay the debt you have fashioned this day. Let this (reward) be the start of what little we have to offer. In time we shall find greater reward for your deeds and when that time comes, we shall once again call upon (prof name) and thier most cunning (class name)!" You are awarded some cash! You are awarded 60,878,593 (at level 37)! You have finished the Rebellion Accepted quest. You recieve a (reward) from Captain Rhodri! I think this quest is bugged again after the Border Keep renovation. I already wrote up an appeal for it. We'll see what happens.

just completed this quest and the assassin popped on me twice. once on the landing next to cynwick the wizard only to jump off and disappear. i ran to the courtyard area and up the ramp on the nw side where he popped again and i killed him. took about 30 minutes until i saw him.

he spawns at the bottom of the SW(or might be SE) landing just run in thru the door with your pet already summoned. he started attacking my pet after i got in the door. was green to me at 34 and easy kill. as of jul 22 04

I had bought a Charred Staff Blight from a CM and the assassin wouldn't pop while I had it equipped. When he did pop he was blue to me (lvl 31) and died easily. The description says you get 60+ million XP, I only got 18 million and 1 gold.
Anyone know where to find this assassin? With the NF they removed the regions and i think they forgot to fix his spawn. Couldnt get him to spawn for over a hour. help!!

If he passes you up and makes a run for the capt and the guards get the kill shot, go back and sit on the NW landing. He repopped at the top of the ramp for me after about 2mins.

Ran up and down the SW, NW landings, stood at them for about 10 seconds a time and kept doign this, after a few minutes he poppep up on my necro. i wasn't in shade mode but it really doesn't matter im lvl 50, whacked him to death with my staff :)

LOL make sure you are at Snowdonia Keep and not Swanton Keep so u are not lookin for about 1/2 hour and to find out u are at the wrong place.

I just finished it. Some info above is wrong. I'm a 48 necro playing catchup. I went to the SW landing. Ran up to NW landing and back down. Stood around a bit. NEVER ran around entire castle. After a few minutes, I ran down from the SW landing and it popped on my pet. End of story

Can be tricky if you don't know where to look. I was just standing around in the SW landing zone of the keep... went afk for a moment and the assassin was beating on me.
Don't move around all the time, once you enter the landing zone stand still for a minute. The assassin should pop out of the darkness.

uhh, when you walk into the fortress, go to the door on the right, and just walk up the ramp, he'll jump out almost immediately :P

As you walk into Snowdonia Border Keep from the South, turn and take the door that leads to the West ramp. Go up to the first landing of the West Ramp, unstealth and wait a few minutes, the assassian will call out his intentions, once he does that start running up the ramp and he will jump out behind you, turn around and kill. Return to Captiain Rhodri for your reward.

A guildie had given me some of these gloves a couple of lvl`s earlier. The Assassin won`t pop if you are already wearing some.

he is on the ramp goin up in snowdonia. u have to walk through entire castle once. then he will attack u. u kill him finish quest. if u take him to close to guards they will kill him. no problem. just log walk back through castle and he will spawn on second pass through castle. easy as pie. guy is a total wuss. he hit hard once with poison and then dies like pig.

he eventually makes his way up to Rhodri, but when he gets there Lieutenant Cian and Rhodri both kill him, disabling you to get credit for it.

Make sure you aren't stealthed. I ran around for quite a while till someone told me that. I unstealthed, and was attacked immediately by the assassin.
