DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different Characters that were created after Patch Version 1.79 do not receive this Epic quest. This is the level 15 Guild of Shadows Epic. After speaking with your class trainer in Camelot: [Step #1] Seek out Captain Rhodri at the Snowdonia Border Keep in Snowdonia Fortress. [Step #2] Seek out Elrigh. It is said he Travels from inn to inn within the Black Mountains. Mention to him your interest of the [locals] within Barfog. I found Elrigh in North Black Mountains inside Snowdonia Station, upstairs. /Say locals to him and he will start to talk. [Step #3] Locate Andri inside of Camelot. He frequents the Bars there. Speak to him of [Barfog] and the [Renegade] guards. I bought a ticket to East Camelot for the stable guy at Snowdonia Station to speed things up. I found him in the bar near the Defenders of Albion Guild. Go in the East Camelot Gate. Go forward past the guildhouse and the bar is on the left at the 90 degree turn. Andri is in the tavern called "The Stone" in Camelot (loc= 23600,20000). Andri is upstairs on the second floor. You need to /say renegade to him to get him to begin talking. [Step #4]Return to Captain Rhodri at Snowdonia Border keep in Snowdonia Fortress. Inform him of the [Renegade] and of [Sir Dillus]. I bought a ticket from the stable guy at the East side of Camelot to take me back to Snowdonia Station, and ran the rest of the way. Once at the Fortress I told Captain Rhodri of the renengade and of Sir Dillus when prompted by the Captain. Return to him yet again once you reach lvl 20 and achieve the title of Spy and he will tell you what to do next. I find it so much easier to get needed jewelry/rings/items by doing the epics when I /20 lvl, along with selected quests for items Im missing.. well worth the short amount of time it takes.

for a cabalist this quest and the 2 before it are a total waste of time.. so much running around for garbage loot. After reading the rest of the nonsense one must do in the epic line I find its better to just get all your crap spellcrafted then to even bother.
Whilst running around for this quest I coulda soloed my way thru the levels this item was even useful for.

It's faster to get from Camelot to Snowdonia fortress by taking the Snow station horse from East Camelot gate, jumping in Ludlow, running to Humberton, and taking the horse up from Humberton all the way to Snowdownia Fortress.

hey, it's a guild of shadows epic...all in guild of shadows have to do it.

You only need to kill dillus but a few guards will aggro on. Its not a Cythul you have to kill to prove yourself but a type of goblin hunter (green at 30) and return its spear. Reward for Merc's id a nice tunic 50 Af 9 quik 2% slash resist and one other stats i forgot.
The next one(lvl 30) you talk to Rhudri(spelling?) and he sends you to Camelot to deliver a note to Scribe Veral, Veral informs you of a assassin on the way to kill Bors and you must kill him. He will poped when u go up one of the landing in snowdonia forttress, he was yellow at 30. Reward for Merc's was guantlets, 62 AF 6str 6quik 4duel weild.

With level 25 you have to kill all guards (or just Dillus) and follow the way to the Barfog outpost. You show him the aragnite (spelling...) message and the guy tells you he won't believe you unless you kill a cythaul (spelling...) for him. Problem: cythauls con red at 25 :(

It's the far northern keep, take the horse from Humbarton to get there, the captain is upstairs on the northern wall looking down on the courtyard.

when ye go back to the capt in snow keep, he tells ye to come back when ye hit the title of swashbuckler (which is level 20) he then tells ye that ye need to go kill a renegade in the tower of llyn barfog. this is the second part of this quest called the Path of the Renegade. Since i have gotten thus far i cannot tell ye how it ends....will keep ye all posted

I think every class in the Guild of Shadows gets this quest, I got it as an infiltrator.
