You get this from your trainer.

Collect supplies from merchant named Bline, found in a hut in Humberton. He sends you to talk to a smith.

Talk to the smith, Thol Dunnin, at Snowdonia Station. She will then send you to deliver the supplies to Ley at the Snowdonia Keep (as you are going toward the castle on the right up the hill). It's actually called Swanton Keep.

Give supplies to Ley Manton, at 28093, 12274 in Swanton Keep.

I also searched Humberton for Bline. No can find. Ya think something has changed?

I am a necromancer lvl 8, Gaheris, albion. I attempted to get this quest from the Necro trainer in The Guild of Shadows, Camelot. But she had nothing for me. Can Necromancers do this quest? If so what lvl? Or what am I doing wrong?

hrm the person I was told to get the supplies from was the smith outside Ludlow so searching in Humberton isn't gonna help.

I can't find Bline... I searched everywhere in Humberton Village and Humberton Keep. I just can't seem to find him.
