Once again, your help is needed to gather information to help defend the Realm of Albion (sorta makes me feel like an infiltrator)… This quest was relatively simple in execution with a decent reward (for my class). It involves much travel time and the mobs you end up getting information from conned orange at level 43.
Once you are at level 43, visit your main class trainer and they will send you off on yet another adventurous romp up and down the length of Albion. You are given The Feast of the Decadent quest and your first stop is to visit Arly Camden in Sauvage Castle.
Arly tells you a story about BWCA’s attacking outposts and he requests that you gather information and take what you find to Caelin Finian who is also in Sauvage Castle.
Killing a regular BWCA, grey to a level 43, does not satisfy the quest. Angry BWCA’s spawn in a couple of camps in Snowdownia and possibly in other zones. The one that I went to was located in Snowdownia at 8k, 30k. Find an Angry BWCA, orange and red con then kill it. Once you do, you will find a Blood Marked BWCA Hide in your inventory and a text message that tells you that you sense you have learned all you can from the BWCA’s. Head back to Caelin in Sauvage Castle.
Give the hide to Caelin and he will examine it. After doing so, he will give it back and ask you to take it to Elvinia Dareal in Caer Witrin. Down to Avalon Marsh you go to visit Elvinia. Giving her the hide did not trigger a response from her. Say ‘Caelin’ and she will tell you that she needs you to find the Rangers of the Tylwyth Teg and get from them some Tylwyth Teg brew to assist her visions.
Tylwyth Teg Rangers are orange con and spawn along the northern zone wall of Snowdownia (location 5k,28k is in Pennine Mountains, near the pass Pennine-Snowdonia). I had difficulty finding a single ranger here and later found singles in Forest Sauvage. Kill one and you will find a bottle of elven brew in your inventory. Take this back to Elvinia. The
location is 53K,39K in Pennine Mountain. The location is not far from the
Forrest Sauvage/Pennine Mountain border so shouldnt be any problems finding
it.
Give Elvinia the elven brew and she tells you that it will take a while for the spell to work. She gives you a reward and asks you to return at a later time. At 43 I got over 985,000,000 exp, about 1 bubble
The Teg Ranger location 5k,28k is in Pennine Mountains, near the pass Pennine-Snowdonia.
He was orange at 43 and was with some other rovers and huntress, so you will need all your dirty tricks to pull him out of his friends, which will be hard since he's an archer.
One hint is to try it at night, when the fellwoods do not spawn.
I found a Teg Ranger in Snowdonia just fine at 5,28 Snowdonia. Was one of a group including Teg huntress and several rovers, which are very common in Snowdonia. The group was in the bottom of a narrow valley filled with trees, so very difficult to see. Had to be careful about circling around and pulling targets out til I could get at the ranger. However, access to and fro was certainly far easier and safer than navigation to Pennine.
There is an Angry Bwca camp at roughly 6k, 60k in Pennine Mountains. Follow the road in sauvage past excal castle to its end, where you see knotted fellwoods and worms. The worms should be neutral so you can walk through them, but avoid the fellwoods. Go west, traveling between the two hills (left hill is zone border).
You'll hop over a few groves between the mountains until you run into a large patch of knotted and gnarled fellwoods. Simply turn left up the hill until you hit the zone border and follow it closely. You should pass them up without aggroing. Once you're past that patch, the Angry Bwca camp should be in the ditch ahead.
If you're fortunate like I was, there can be a Teg ranger smack inbetween the angry bwcas and the fellwoods. If there's one there, you can just come back here to get the brew from him, instead of going to the camp in snowdonia.

They were somewhat vexing to find to put it lightly. For whatever reason the easiest location to find them I couldnt find posted anywhere. 8000,57000 - Perhaps the previous post indicated this location but the coords are a bit off. Several there red to a 44.
This quest wasn't to bad. I did it at 47 making the Angry Bwca and the Teg Ranger con yellow. The Angry Bwcas can be found just after the road, a little north of Excal. The Teg Ranger presented a bit of a problem, but I eventually found them around 83, 57 in Sauvage. They are just past the bunch of fellwoods in that little ditch there, near the Ellys. The reward of 985,000,000 sounded great by itself, but I was happy to find out that I recieved 1,715,669,394 for it. :0
