Characters that were created after Patch Version 1.79 do not receive this Epic quest.

This is the equivalent of the level 11 epic for Paladins and Clerics from SI.

1) Talk to your trainer in Caer Gothwaite

2) Speak to Tage about the [souls from paradise].

3) Talk to Brother Obster about the [lost souls].

4) Kill three ghosts. (There is a group of them almost straight North from Caer Gothwaite, around loc 52k, 28k - the opposite side of the lake from Caifelle)

5) Bring the "letter to a loved one", "brooch", and "holy book" back to Brother Obster to receive your reward.

At level 11, I received 3 silver per turn-in and 15,928xp and 5 silver at the end, along with my item.
