At 400 hits every 3 seconds, it better not stack.

Skald vs Bard or Minstrel fights might be pretty interesting if your opponent has this as well. Basically you'd both just soak up damage for 30 seconds until the timer runs out. I don't think any of these classes can really keep up with 400 every 3s heals.

If you can mez and wait the 30 seconds until AM is over, you'll still have your AM after the other class has blown theirs.
