It's a short-ranged DD shout you get at level 30, and the damage is based on your DW skill.
It's also only usable in RvR/duels. |

insta DD on a 2 min timer.. very short range, dmg based on DW. (Does about 150-200 at 50 DW)
Its a nice little thing I guess. Good for finishing. And... weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee |

also, good for keep lords.

Also works on keep doors, for a nice little damage bonus. It does scale there, however, but not as bad as attacks do. Usually can get it around 25 damage to keep doors. Inconsequential in the long run, but everything helps. Arveth, 49 Blademaster (created day 1) Various other people'n stuff. |
