True Sight: You are too close to an enemy to hide!

Okay, does anyone else think this needs to be fixed?
I don't mind Truesight. It's only once per 30 min. But causing all stealthers in an area to be unable to restealth seriously sucks.
Case in point, I was on Hib side of DF while Hibs held DF a few days ago. I'd just taken out someone, and I saw spam for some stealther in my realm dying to an archer. Okay, so a Ranger TS'd in DF, "somewhere". But it prevented me from stealthing, and I was nowhere near him. He had no LOS to me, I had none to him. I had like no health/endo from the fight. I ran behind a pillar in a crowded room of grey hibs and sat down behind it. Luckily none of em' noticed - thought I was a Celt. =) But why should this RA prevent me from restealthing when he's got no LOS and probably nowhere "near" me?
I think this needs to be fixed. Anyone else?
Add this one to "the list" if you agree Cougar! hehe

It was originally a bug that has been in ever since the RA went live. They declared it a bug and said they had fixed it however it never changed and has been in ever since.
So, it's safe to say it is now an intended "feature" and that everybody is just going to have to accept it.
I do agree that it shouldn't keep people from stealthing.

I have a semi-unpopular view on this. I view it as a feature... how else are we supposed to know TS is active? I'd much rather know and be scrambling for cover, than walking out in the open stealthed to get critshotted.
Now if they ever gave us another means of notification, then I would be for this change.. but not till then.

At least change it from
You are too close to an enemy to hide!
to something like..
Your enemy's eyes are many, you are unable to hide before them!
So we know what's going on.
Or put that message in, then fix the bug.. that would be best. That way the bug goes away and the notification goes in so you don't walk out and get shot.
Also..I duo with a Scout on my server, he TS'd last night and I was unable to hide and I couldn't find a NS anywhere near me. o_O

A change in wording if ts was active would be very nice. We do after all have danger sense.. Would make dangers sense a useful thing to have in rvr if it actually sensed..err well danger ><

Personally I hate that (as well as pets seeing though stealth), how can one persons RA stop us from hiding from everyone else?
If i get shot once I can't hide until the end of his ts? doesn't seem right to me.
I would like a warning of TS going active as noted in the thread, but would that nerf that ability too much?

No it wouldn't nerf the ability at all. Would actually balance it out imho. Because even if the archer pops TS and you see the message and start heading for cover.... chances are he already can see you but you have no clue where the archer(s) is and could be walking right into the perfect set up position for him to kill you.

Eh.
It sucks, yeah, but then I remember that they spent 10 points for a 30 minute timer ability that screws us less than Purge screws casters. So let them have it. Wouldn't be fair to expect them to pay all that and not have a proper return.

Man, what I wouldn't give for See Hidden to prevent me from re-stealthing when SH assassins are nearby.
One man's bug is another man's feature I guess.
