Wild healing RA on the necro or the bot for heal proc to critical heal?

In order for the heal proc to crit by wild healing would the RA need to be on the necro or the cleric?

I'm not sure you can do anything to increase the output of the heal proc or cause it to crit.
It is a buff, like the HoT or damage shield.
Anyone do any testing of this?

well i havent done testing but i dont think ive ever seen a heal proc crit when my cleric has been melee'd. The acolyte boards might have more info.

+healing will make the heal proc heal for more. not sure how much more but when my bot get's hit and heal proc goes off it always heals for the amount of the hit (highest i've actually noticed was around 230), as opposed to my arms which heals for a wide variance.
but i don't think +healing transfers to your pet so doesn't really matter.

If a toon with Wild Healing has the heal proc buff on them, and it goes off, the heal proc does have a chance to crit.
Unless necros have access to wild healing, and it does transfer to pet, it wouldnt crit. it has to be on the necro, not the cleric.

Just a thought, I play a Ment and the HoT is a buff similar to that of the heal proc, i grabbed +25% to enhancement bonus and that made a pretty big differnce (from what i could see, since the heal proc is a timer buff getting the 25% to enhance may do a couple things, may increase the amount it goes off or/and how much it heals for, because it is a buff and not a straight out heal i doubt that any healing bonus will make a difference. Also it sould have to be on the cleric, it is casting it the spell in question!
