Not in PvE, but bombers do body damage, the debuff should be working.
There is more effecting damage then just RAs and Templates though. Some other things you'll want to look at are comparing your realm ranks, how much +skill (and total skill in the damage line you are testing), the damage value of the spell, and Intelligence levels.

thing is we both have same int and no dmg RA's atm (we just started rvring). When i get a target w/ the body debuff i hit for 609 while he hits for 733 ...
is there a bug with the bombers being pets?

thing is we are the EXACT same on every ra/int +skill resist pierce +dmg and he is STILL hitting harder than me

609 looks like a proper cap number for a nuke (I don't know what the cap is on the bomber - but in the low 600s is caps for most nukes). 733 looks very inflated.
Is he counting crits and saying he is hitting that hard?

erm no the lvl 48 bomber should be hitting in the 700's w/ red body debuff
hes using his baseline nuke (223 deleve) im using my lvl 48 bomber (225 delve) and yet he still hits harder
We are both attacking mids/albs doesnt matter - every target he gets the 733 while i get the 609 - a csr told me they put it on a bug list as well so ... i was wondering if anyone is experiencing the same issue
(btw 609 is cap for 179 delve nukes generally)

Hrmm, they are both level 48 spells too. I'm thinking at this point it might have something to do with the way they are casted, even though all casting related bonuses are transfered to our bombers. May possibly have something to do with NPC coding and damage values. At this point I'd say for both of you to copy over to pendragon and do a test on the mobs out front there to get logs and then talk to VM about this since he knows about both classes. Just to test to see if base damage (without the debuff) is the same and work up from there.

Ive never had the resist debuff not work right -- also remember, the debuff WILL NOT increase your cap. His 733 definately seems rediculously high unless he has a very high level or MoM, or as someone said was/is counting crits as damage.
If you both nuke the bot say, the bot will see the crit damage added in.

733 is in an odd range. 733 / (223 x 03) = ~ 1.08590
