What pets don't take exp?

I am still relatively new to Anim (only lev 35). I had seen some where that spore XXX (FNF) don’t take exp.
1. What other pets don’t take exp?
2. I am spec’d verd do my ABS casting pets take exp?
3. Is it safe to say that any pets that don't cause damage wont take exp? For example debuff pets?
4. Also was gonna sub spec in creep how big is the radius on Fire and Forget Turret (Pulsing PBAOE Damage Debuff)pet?
Also who ever posted the advice about putting pet on passive so your AE DD casts faster  THANK YOU works great.

If they do no damage they take no xp away. I usually use the damage debuff pets just to raise the to hit.

Sorespawns, Spore Ejectors, Tanglers (though why would you PvE with them) and then the pets that buff you (obviously  )
Easier way to state this is, Forrest Hearts and non-PBAE/damage shield damage done from your controlled pet are the only things that will eat XP.
Healing with your druid will 'steal' XP, as will him getting hit - you (as a verdant animist) can heal your pet w/o any real risk of aggro generation (as the pet is the thing casting the healspell, and thus, should be the one getting healing aggro).

I assume you mean the Ablative ligenous sheaths? If so, no, as they buff you (same goes for vents). If you mean the Abs buff bombers (short and long term) also no.

Yep, you seem to have got it w/o asking the other 2 questions

big enough that it would help whatever you are pulling (350 radius, ie: bigger than PBAE), the only downside to these are the initial resists can and will generate aggro for the animist, so, be sure to get a few PBAEs off before the mobs get to you to transfer the aggro to your pet. You will probably wipe a few times getting used to what you can/can not get away with regarding debuff petspamming to inflate PBAE damage, but it wont take long - and youll be a pro in no time.

PvEing with a verdant animist definitely takes some practice. After a few pulls you should become an expert. Keep the spore pets behind you so that they don't engage the mobs until they are just about at the harbinger or already on it.

Rena_Lanford & GotharNW Thank you very much. That is exactly what I needed to know. It was extremely kind of you Rena_Lanford to take the time to answer each one. My biggest fear was Ablative ligenous sheaths were taking some exp, because I always have one or two up. Also thank you for the advice “the only downside to these are the initial resists can and will generate aggro for the animist” never even thought about that part. Wont be sub specing in creep till lev 40+ so I have a little time figure things out. “Keep the spore pets behind you so that they don't engage the mobs until they are just about at the harbinger or already on it.” Another one of those simple things you can do that never accord to me.
