I'm trying to use FnF's on mobs that I have neutral or Friendly faction with in Meso.
They will not attack a mob by default. When I hit a mob, only my Controlled pet would respond and attack back. The FnF's did not respond, only new FnF pet's that were cast after I pissed the mob off would attack. Shouldn't the FnF's start attacking when I aggro the mob?
This also causes issues when I try to help out on the Phoebus encounter if the mobs they are pulling are neutral or friendly. I am almost no help...

the mobs have to actually attack you for the fnf's to respond.

What I'm saying is that the FnF's don't respond after the mob attack's me, only my main pet will respond.

maybe your bugged  , i farm cyclops that are friendly to me by placing 5 lvl 50 shrooms at thier feet, then hit con debuff, after the mob swings at me the pets go spastic and kill it quick.

On friendly or neutral mobs, unfortunately you have to make the mob attack you first for your FNF pets to attack. What I normally do is make sure I have bubble up and con debuff mob. I would stand by main pet as the aggro came near me. As soon as then swung at me, i quickcast pbaoe. Immediately the fnf pets would attack, and main pet would get aggro.
One note, if you have brittle guard up, and the mob hits you, you will NOT get aggro and the FNF pets will NOT attack the mob. It is ok to have your regular bladeturn up though...that works just fine for me.
