AA, as MoM will not increase the PBAE damage (it will increase the damage off the wisps inferno and baseline lifetap however).
The other alternative for verders is Aug Dex, which will speed up your casting speed, which lets you cast PBAEs faster, which inflates DPS by allowing more frequent casts.
Neither offer 'stellar' DPS returns, not like MoM or WP do for pure nukers (or non-verdant animists) but they are still means to increase your DPS.
No RAs currently effect FnFs, this is also unlikely to change.
