I was wondering if anything increases Forest Heart damage. I know Creep spec used to, but since I started playing again clearly it doesnt anymore.
1. Intelligence? Doesnt seem to.
2. Relics? Doesnt seem to.
3. Buffs? Dont seem to.
4. Artifacts with +damage%?
5. Artifacts with grp benefits, such as Traldors and its 5 minute grp buff of +5%damage/+5%pierce.
6. Does +range affect the distance at which you can cast GTAE pets?
I tested the ones I could on Pend, but would appreciate any help on the others. Also curious if the answer changes for the controlled pets nuke.
Thanks for your help.

Basically no. Relics I don't know about, but I don't think they effect NPCs (or pets). Buffs basically make them less squishy (Con makes them absorb more damage, Dex makes them cast quicker), but I don't believe it increases their damage.
Now, as far as I know the only pet in game to get any effects of the caster transfered to it (as in caster wearing artifacts) is the necromancer. No other pet gets anything from it's owner. Any ToA skill (or any stat or skill in general) will not transfer to the pet.
As for artifacts with group buffs (or just group spell in general, not including spread heal), they will only help out your controlled pet.
In theory +Range should allow you to cast your GT further, I've never tested it and I don't have any /groundset macros past 990, but it won't do anything to the casting range of the pet itself.

It probably should, but it doesn't.

However, nearsight still reduces your GT range.
If nearsight works, toa range should work imo.

An unreliable source told me that WP affected your pets chance of criting. Now given the above, and that Im not sure I have ever seen a Heart crit I doubted this, but thought I would double check.
thanks

An AOE dex buff MIGHT make your pets cast faster, I can't say for sure.
I know AOE str/con buffs on theurg petspam can be REALLY nasty.

if aoe dex makes your shrooms cast faster than you have effectively upped their dps, making them actually do more damage.
