the wisp bomber that debuffs 10% body.

Is it just a debuff for that bomber? becuase when i cast it and all folowing bombers they do basically the exact same damage. Plus my shroom hitting the target does the exact same damage before and after I cast the wisp with the debuff.
My assumption is that the debuff is only for that bomber and doesnt debuff them for any amount of time like most debuffs.

The debuff component of the bomber works only in RvR. It has no effect in PvE.

so does it have a timer? i dont see one when I delve it. Or does the debuff only debuff for that particular.

correct, debuff lasts for 1 minute.
If you are running with a bainshee, instead of tapping you can creep bomb-arb bomb (then have the bain use your assist when the first hits)
then by the time the first hits, your bombers will be close to the second target for the bain to switch to.
[standard bomber clauses apply - better off mezz, yadda yadda]
but its still an interesting and effective way to make use of your backloading with a harder 'DD' damage class (their base DD will outhit our tap by about 140-150 per cast after the debuff, as our tap is energy)
naturally, at my RR I don't have too terrible variance with my baseline creeping so my results may be a tad better (though in all likelyhood, the bain will 2 shot anything with the help of the 2 lead bombers (one debuff, the other you debuffed for).
anyhow, again, yeah, it lasts 60 seconds.

Im full creeping so variance isnt an issue.
I am curious if my melee debuff shroom in the creeping line ever hits. All I ever see is so and so has resisted the effect. Someday im going to duel my bot and see if that shroom even works at all.

the ejectors or the PBAE ones? I know the PBAE ones definately hit -- ive yet to find a use for the ejectors, they seem to just get stuck hitting the same 2 casters over and over and not interrupting them
