so 1v1 with all our toys up there's only one chance for me to kill his BM. i would have to get perf off. without it, it would be like this:
between charge and purge3, if he blows purge after charge wore off(we are 1m in sofar), i'd have to wait out the 1m immunity and only have another 60s before charge3 came back up. but keep in mind that i'd have to survive the 120seconds of fighting before i would have this 60s window to kill him.
my best bet for killing his BM then would be to add on him in a fight or when he has none of his RAs up.
IF i got perf off in a 1v1(very unlikely in this case) i would have done enough damage to DPS him down.
this experience teaches me to carry more pre-poisoned weapons to swap out in the case they purge away my envenom poisons.
did i miss anything? do any of you have any suggestions?

It's not a one minute immunity, it's duration x5 for melee.
oh man thank god im still high or i'd feel stupid.
so 30s of immunity.
and it would be very difficult for me to perf geath in a 1v1.

open with snare poison and ws/con debuff, cus snare poison is op :>
swap lifebane or similar every other swing, pray for fsls debuff proc
when theyre snare poisoned you can dance like a mofo and even attempt reperfs on non hybrids- would hard to pull off on geath tho, hes not a straight up player when it comes to dueling

imo use backstab he will purge the poisons and be forced to use charge so that he isn't stunned or he won't purge and you get a high growthrate chain off
there is also a small timeframe where he doesn't have to use charge due to the fact of 15s immunity. if he chooses not to charge you can take advantage of this by timing a garrote runaway to barely get out of range while your lifebane ticks away
if he purges and uses charges immediately swap weapons for poisons ( unless you think hes low enough i would use disease and str/con to lower his weapon skill)
if he doesn't purge ( ie his purge is down) i would use disease and lifebane with weapon swap after kiting him

Assassins are extremely nerfed on this shard or he probably would have won that fight to be honest (but I'm an Elf BM, LoL.) The GRs on all their styles save the PA and BS chains are only about 25% of their value on live... I was on a RR13 Inf with 400 str (slash specced) and 50+23 CS with slow weapons, I hit for less than 100 on a chain tank with Rib Seperation, that would be at least 600 on live. garrote and Achilles Heel also do crap damage, I actually think you would be better off speccing high slash and spamming the ammy chain.
That duel was a while ago, I was only like RR9 at the time, im 13L1 now and I've gotten a lot better (I played BM for KoS so I've gotten my groove back) so I won't stick anymore and I will run through to side stun you if I can't get diamondback off. If you perf me you might win since I don't run IP. I don't know if you can exploit vanish here but I know you can purge the disarm so if you want to be really gay you can perf > vanish > purge > perf and there goes half my health.
I've Assassins for about 7.5 million RPs and I really don't know how I would beat a high RR light tank if I wasn't allowed to perf and my styles were nerfed into oblivion. I would probably weapon swap like crazy, poison spike and use footwork the best I could. Really, fighting a light tank straight up is suicide if he's better than you (which I am) because you're just fighting the same class with better armor, WS and in this case styles. Also since I've played Assassins so much I can predict most of your tricks which is a huge advantage, if you want to win you have to be unique and unpredictable, that's the only reason I was good on my Warlock, otherwise I would be the same as everyone else.
Also what Baddy Mordred Reaver said won't work because I never purge BS. Even on my casters I don't worry about it, the damage is too minuscule and the stun is too short to worry about you unloading positionals onto me. I don't purge poisons either because I would rather save it for a stun so I purge the stun AND the poison. Garroting won't go as smoothly as you would like either because I'll just rear snare you. I'm not saying I have godly reflexes and I'll be fastwe than you every time, but, well, good luck lol.
