the actual amount of dmg. like 5.0 might give you 24dmg added onto hit where as 7.3 might give you an additional 52dmg added to hit. i want to know the real numbers thou!

It's a DPS damage add
so it's a constant amount of DPS 
so If you swing your weapon at 2 seconds
a 5 damage add will add 10 points of damage
a 7.3 damage add will add 14.6 points of damage (probably rounded up to 15)

go with higher CD
get the champ CL dmg add line
and use a 75 charge AF buff item

pf on toa server is useless as it is now
would take it only to 16 for decent speedburst
but if 1.88 brings some improvements.. who knows..
