Druid pet question

Hello,
I was wondering, if I spec 32 in nature and get the highest pet, is it always a lvl 32 pet even when I'm 50 or does it go up at all? Is there much difference between that pet and the next one down?

pets are 75% of our level I think and each pet has a cap. The cap is always the next higher spell lvl for pet
1 caps at 7
7 caps at 12
etc.
The lvl 50 pet caps at 37 ( 50*0.75 = 37.5 )

In RvR, would the stun pet or bladeturn pet be better?

Your pet gets all the abilites, it isn't like caster pets where you pick the pet with the ability you want.
With 36nat, my pet has self str/con and AF, and procs both stun and bladeturn.
