I did testing on pendragon today, one of the tests was to see how high power pool can go and how high per tick we can get fop to return power to druids.
First i got gear with 75% power pool
base empathy before augment acuity was 188. That was no +emp cap gear
w/ 75 power pool, 188 emp, i had 900 power
or 45 per tick return on FOP
AA2 - 46 power per tick on FOP
EB1 - 47 "..................."
EB2 - 48

Great stuff. I thought my temp was uber with 48%. I need to go revisit my template again..
75% here I come!
Edit: BK, post the stuff you used in the temp please. Realistically, 75% is probably not feasible because you cant get resists high enough to survive.
Its worth a shot though

did you see his resists?  im guessing having 35%-55% is feasible, after that you prolly sacrificing too much, and if you are not, pls post ur template

All depends on what your doing. NF is alot of porting and keeps. We also have a high nur warden. So having decent castable resists (when all casters will have 10% reduc to item resists anyway) and standing in a relatively safe spot in a keep is dooable.
I think it would be funny as all get out to put someone in los of attackers with shield up that never drops. Might have a practical use, have to chew on it. Of course, that person will be the focus for tons of AE but may be a good distraction.

Hey, BK, thnx for the info, can you put a feeler into the mythic TL boards on whether this is intended or not?
I don't want to SC up a 50+ power pool template and have it capped to some other number a week later.

Few things.. you only get 2 points of power per empathy because you already have +75% power pool, you actually get 1.25 points added to your power pool before %power pool is calculated. It looks like you get 2 because (1.25*acuity)*(Power pool%) -> (1.25*x)*1.75 = 2.1
Also, did you actually get above 75% and were capped down to 75%? It looks like you just said that you got enough items to put you at 75% and stopped.. so you sure the cap is actually there?
Lastly.. anyone ever done tests to see if you get exactly 5% per FoP tick? Just the numbers in your log seem to show that you are getting atleast 5.7% per tick.
An increase of 35 power bumped you from 48 to 51 power per tick. With rounding, this could possibly be from:
50.5 - 48.4999 = 2 to 51.4999 - 47.5 = 4 power.
35*5% = 1.75 power putting it outside the range. The minimum possible percent return would 2/35 = 5.7%
Only bring this up because you said 45 per tick means you have 900 power, and I'm pretty sure your total power is actually significantly less.

are you sure the cap is 75% on life servers?
and look at the resists on your template!

The font of power originally had variance and returned an average of 5% power per tick. In one of the patches, the font was changed to eliminate the variance and always return the maximum amount of power per tick, which tests have shown is 6.25%. However, the ability's delve information was never updated to reflect this change.

Yes, I'm missing a few heat and matter. Except that i'll be using red heat and yellow matter. Also, heat is barely even used against hibs and matter is dots (which I can cure) and roots (which doesn't really affect my ability to heal). I'd rather have my high power % than those 2 resists

all the gear is ROG ML treasure key loot , cant make a template anyone could replicate with it.
the belt i got was amazing though +17% power pool and +9 power cap and some resists
