Lvl 44 Abomination as Servant ... No RA's ... Casting Spell "Servant of Death" (3s CT)(+13 Dex) ...
150 Spams at 2.3'ish sec intervals .. Each Test had 0 pauses in casting always had a spell in queue or test was redone.

Conclusions -
- Each Point of Dex from buffs decreases casting times by ~.0021s.
- Each Point of Dex from items decreases casting times by ~.0012s.
- Each Level of Mastery of the Art decreases casting times by ~.0227s.
- I have not tested Augmented Dexterity at this time. Initial tests didn't show a varience with pursuing.

- Mastery of Art 5 with +75 Dex from Items and + 33 Spec Dex and +48 Base Dex should get you casting at ~2.04s** on 3.0s Spells.
- **Plus any server lag.

*Data is based on 1017 castings and observations of the chat.log and are rounded estimates on the times provided in that log.

*Personally, I can't bring myself to spend the points in MoArt until Mythic confirms that it works on Live Servers the same as it does on Pendragon.
