Is a Light Chanter + Zealot Pet a better single target nuker than a Mana Chanter?

Just wondering if a full light spec chanter using the spec nuke with the 15% heat debuffing pet is a better single target nuker than a mana chanter whos 50% debuffing, but using a baseline nuke. Who's gonna have the better dps? Can I get some thoughts on this?

I would not depend on the pet for you because of how easily it is ccd.

maybe, if chanters had pet demezz.
mana is really better though. can debuff for elds and mentalists for the win. plus the handy pbae.

no its not
the zealot pet has a debuff proc of 35%, so sometimes your target isnt debuff at all, and when it is debuff its only 35%, and even ml9'd the zealot pet wont get anything more than 100-150 or so.
Mana chanter will out dd light chanter

its not a debuff proc... its a debuff nuke... everytime the nuke lands, it debuffs heat (and mine delves for 15%, not 35%...??)

You cant rely on the nuking pets in RVR at all imo.

You cant rely on any chanter pets at all unlike almost all of the other pets in the game that there masters have some way to demezz them.
