Just wondering. I have been told that it does and I happen to disagree.

No, it doesn't. It lowers the variance of your pet heal and gives you new buffs for the pet. Pet level is a percentage of your level, not spec level...not counting RAs and MLs.

nope it doesn't. I tested it. Enchantment spec gives you buffs for pet, damage add, group damage add.

there is a buff in the enchantments line that raises the effective level for casting purposes, basicly it's simply so that the caster pet doesnt get resisted as much
