I think it would but because they are 2 diffrent damage types, but mythic made it so reavers abilities didnt stack with twf so was just curious.

Yes, NM stacks with everything else. It also stacks with other NM. It works just like the ML9 DD storm. RAs other than Wild Power do not affect Neg Maelstrom.
