Does +Spell Duration; +Healing; +Mana magic? Does anything affect it at all?

Spell duration of 10% gives you one extra HoT tick. No more ticks possible after that. And no, DoTs will never have an extra tick, Mythic made it so.

Healing does nothing for HoT. Buff does help the HoT heal for more. Mana spec also helps your HoT, but the increase is very very minimal.
