Whats up with them only changing bleed dmg and beefing up flank chain. I highly doubt anyone uses that except for PVE which it still sucks because of no to-hit bonus. They should give Penumbra an effect like snare or something and make the effect actually work that way its a little more useful.
And not only that but they need get get rid of one evade style all together having two evade styles on one line is pretty stupid if you ask me they could have gaven us a chain for misty gloom instead since we only get evade 1 which sucks and most inf dont even consider high DW spec unless they wanna gimp.
Another thing why did they increase style damage on flank chain when our 50 style should be doing more than anything else that really doesnt make sense. Who makes these changes because I highly doubt you have any say in them Catharren or else stuff would be a just a tad based more on your TL reports getting things fixed not to fly around in limbo for a couple years when players decide to get angry about it and cancel accounts then go make some half-assed fix.
